At DiBernardo Productions, we provide full-service Location Scouting and Location Management to ensure your shoot runs smoothly—from concept to wrap. We specialize in uncovering unique, cinematic locations that bring your vision to life.

Location Scout – Day Rate

$350 – $600/day
Includes:

• Research, travel, and location discovery

• Photos & descriptions for review

• Securing contact info and access details

• Multiple location options provided
  Rate varies based on travel range & project scope.

Location Manager – Day Rate

$500 – $800/day
Includes:

• On-site management during production days

• Permitting assistance and compliance

• Location prep and wrap-out coordination

• Liaison between production and property owner
  Ideal for larger shoots, multi-location days, or commercial work.

Travel & Expenses

• Mileage over 30 miles from Syracuse, NY: $0.65/mile

• Lodging & meals: Reimbursable if overnight stay is required

• Permitting fees: Billed separately if applicable
